🔍 Key Responsibilities
Monitor and assess patient health conditions regularly
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed
Prepare patients for procedures and assist doctors during examinations
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families
Ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic environment
Follow hospital policies and infection control guidelines
Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans
Respond quickly to emergencies and follow protocols
Assist in patient admission, discharge, and transfer
📚 Qualifications & Skills
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (Valid Registration Required)
CPR/BLS certification preferred
Knowledge of nursing principles and medication management
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, or holidays
🎯 Preferred Experience
Experience in General Ward, ICU, Emergency, Pediatrics, or Operation Theater is an advantage but not mandatory.
